3. Programming the microcontroller Coding the microcontroller to read data from the accelerometer sensor and find seismic waves can be done using the Arduino software. It can be set up to send an alarm if the data goes beyond a predetermined limit.

4. Check the gadget: Give it a gentle shake or simulate an earthquake to check the device. See if it notices the movement and informs you to it.
